These Terms apply when you use mimobebaby.com or buy from MimoBé Baby, run by [LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS], tax ID [TAX ID] ("MimoBé", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

1. Our store

Our store is hosted on Shopify. To order you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. Please give accurate information.

2. Products

We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Product information is general and is not medical advice. Ask your pediatrician when your baby is ready for solid foods.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where required. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Your order is a request to buy; the contract is formed when we email you the shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order (for example, for a clear pricing error or suspected fraud), and if we do, we refund everything you paid.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, including the 90-day Happy Mealtime Promise and, for EU and UK customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Safe use

MimoBé is a feeding accessory for babies who have started solid foods, usually around 6 months.

  • Always feed your baby seated upright and with an adult present.
  • For smooth purees and soft foods only. Not for milk, formula or cereal: it is not a feeding bottle.
  • Squeeze gently and never force food.
  • Check every part before each use and stop using it at the first sign of damage.
  • Clean before first use and after every use, and let all parts dry fully.
  • Keep small parts out of reach of children when it is taken apart.

6. Product safety information (EU)

7. Reviews, photos and messages

If you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm it is yours and honest, and you allow us to show it on our store and social media with your first name. We never change the meaning of a review and never publish reviews we did not receive. Please don't share photos where other people can be identified without their permission.

8. Our content

Texts, photos, designs, the guide and the printable cards belong to MimoBé. You may print the cards and guide for your own family use. Please don't resell or republish them.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses caused by using the product against the safety instructions above. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for defective products.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country. Please contact us first: most problems are solved with one email.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you placed your order.
